SOCIAL IMPACT:
XIM University stands to give students ‘A transformative experience that meets the needs of Xavier Council of Innovation, XIM University ety and enables the building of sustainable communities through Xavier Council of Innovation (XCI) an Incubation Centre. At XIM University, XCI is a platform for ambitious youth to work on transformative projects that will have a meaningful impact on our Xavier Council of Innovation, XIM University. XCI’s priority project is intending to start Gender Diversity and Inclusion, Education, and Sustainable Livelihood for the people of Kadhamal . The core idea of this program is to adopt two schools of Kandhamal, namely St. Xavier’s School, Korumunda, and Loyola School at Pajikeri, within the state of Odisha, understand its Xavier Council of Innovation, XIM University economic conditions, culture and regional dynamics; and using this information to support the communities within the village who are engaged in livelihood activities that are traditionally and culturally specific to their area.
XCI's primary programs include education promotion, skill development, and the generation of livelihood opportunities. Similarly, program SAMPARK's central concept is to continue working for the well-being of villages and schools in Odisha, to gain a better understanding of the state's Xavier Council of Innovation, XIM University economic conditions, culture, and regional dynamics, and to use this knowledge to assist village communities engaged in traditional and culturally specific livelihood activities. As a result, we intend to assist the tribal and underprivileged residents of Odisha's Kandhamal district once more this year. XIM University intended to accomplish this by bringing together graduate and undergraduate schools with a pool of resources in the form of expert faculty and capable students who were expected to contribute their unique expertise in identifying, supporting, and enhancing livelihood-generating activities in villages.
